A Return

Remind consumers that the right of withdrawal only applies to products purchased through the website of our company. The private consumer has a maximum of 14 working days to exercise this right.

Skypoint Srl reserves the right to refuse the package and / or refund if the following conditions are met:

• Remember to put in the package sent as made, the code Restitution Order RMA
• All products must be returned in their original packaging, with no damage or wear
• Please print the following document of authorization to return and add it inside the package
• The shipment must be borne by the consumer, with a courier of his choice
