The Masuyama Ortho Plössl (MOP) series offers a modified Plössl optical scheme with 5 lenses in 3 groups, to which it adds modern multi-coated (FMC - Fully Multi-Coated) optical treatments with very high light transmittance and high refractive index lenses. All lenses have blackened edges.

The mechanics and ergonomics, as per Japanese custom, are also particularly well taken care of.

The result is an eyepiece with orthoscopic behavior of very high contrast and low stray light, with overall performance at the highest level. Even visual purists will be able to appreciate the very high yield offered by this eyepiece.
